SINGAPORE — October 31, 2024 — The team from Blue Wireless announced today two major updates to their Global Managed LEO (GML) service, expanding their Starlink service coverage from just 60 to over 100 countries and introducing high-speed satellite services based on Peplink SpeedFusion™ bonding technology.
The Global Managed LEO (GML) service was first introduced in May from this year as a managed Starlink offering for global enterprises who seek managed fixed broadband connectivity for branch and remote sites. The GML service includes all elements to enable a reliable and worry-free experience to deploy Starlink, such as local site surveys, on-site installation, bundled enterprise routers, 24/7 support and on-site replacement. This makes it an ideal service for fast deployment, connecting remote sites or providing resiliency for wired lines. It can also be combined with cellular connectivity for ultra-high availability. While offering global coverage and support, Blue Wireless service model allows for a single contract and invoice, drastically simplifying global deployments for global organizations.
The service expansion follows the ever-expanding Starlink coverage, which as of today covers over 100 countries and territories globally with low-earth orbit (LEO) satellite service. For each of these countries Starlink kits, plans and services can be ordered for local deployment, while maintaining centralized management and global support. Most new countries added are in Africa continent and the Pacific Islands, offering a reliable and cost-effective alternative for global corporations with operations in remote sites.
The new bonding capability is based on Peplink SpeedFusion™ which allows multiple Starlink terminals to be aggregated via a single router, offering lightning-fast speeds of up to 1Gbps download. The design, configuration and installation of all equipment is done by Blue Wireless in one standard bundle, making the deployment of high-speed satellite services easier than ever. Both service enhancements are available per direct through the normal Blue Wireless sales channels, with more information available at https://www.bluewireless.com/services/managed_leo
